ok i guess ww does work!! now i am back to where i started. :) 2 more pounds to reach my goal for the week. I am starting to see the light. great thing about ww is no food is restricted just the quantity. Yesterday i got to have my hersheys kisses and still lost weight! so on ww if you have a craving for something you can make allowances for it. I remember dolly parton saying years and years ago (and for some reason i always remember this)is the way she got thin is she ate whatever she wanted but only took a bite out of whatever she wanted. so instead of eating that diet chalk bar for 3 points i would rather have my m'm's for 5 points and give something else up for that day.
