40 hour fast from Thursday at 10:00 pm until Saturday 2:00 PM. Lots of water, not too difficult, lost 2 lbs in that time.
I prefer intermittent fasting 18/6; Bulletproof coffee until 1:00, protein and vegetables, then dinner by 6:00, protein and vegetables
96ozs of water including tea and coffee. Try this again
77.8 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 18.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
