Patience is a virtue so they say.. I struggle with that lol. Learning more about sugar intake - free (added-I think) sugar vs naturally occurring sugar in food and starting to take notice of it in my food intake. Spent the day sorting my husband's closet lol - he too, is losing weight and it needed doing. Have seen great crested flycatcher in the yard the past couple of days, a delight as it is my first sighting! Taking enjoyment in the little things and wishing COVID will let me family travel soon - the grandkids grow so quickly. Now I have a 'messenger kids' with a 10 and 4 yr old - which is quite fun. Having a long gin and tonic and have to start putting supper together. Losing weight is what you do when watching what you eat AND are busy doing other things! Keeping these hands occupied!
