No surprise that the weight loss has stalled. Been out of sync on eating patterns all week. Eating less during the day and eating more right before bedtime and not exercising much. Time to get back to a healthy pattern of spreading out my intake throughout the day, stopping by 7 PM and exercising more.
112.8 kg Lost so far: 26.9 kg.    Still to go: 31.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Every BODY is different but I eat right before bed with no issue. May want to look at the types of foods you are eating and the amounts. You can do it snow.
