Well yesterday was a junk food day which contained no carbs like cookies and such due to an allergy that is fast becoming more of a problem than I thought. I'm thinking of getting that blood test done after all for the wheat thing however a friend said it sounds more like celiac to them but then again I figure that is something you are born with. Research time I guess.
84.8 kg Lost so far: 24.0 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
