Still at 158 which is ok with me. I’m really surprised because of all the junk I’ve been eating. I’ve stocked up on grapes, cherries and tangelos.
71.8 kg Lost so far: 35.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
