I'm losing the weight by drinking Premier Protein Shake caramel in the morning fasting until 130 drinking a detoxing tea to detox my body every morning I have seafood my options tuna fish shrimp and vegetables that have low carbs squash cucumbers cabbage for lunch and dinner and a snack and water throughout the day to feel full and power walking 1 or 2 hrs
55.2 kg Lost so far: 18.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks everyoneā¯¤ my diet is seafood and protein shakes and also I take a detoxing tea everyday 😬 i use the ( Cali Girl brand ) if you have a 99 Cent Store near you go and buy one and try it out it really dose work! 😁😊
