I'm actually going away this weekend for mini vacation to the east coast of Florida to see my new Grand baby girl, since we have a 3 day weekend coming up, have not been anywhere in months, mostly everything here still closed, over there everything open in Sarasota, so I might tend to eat out , and more, well we will see when I get back !!! Still DO N IF and watching carb intake, which works for me, GYMS open there, so I will go there.. and I'm DO N OK !!!
98.0 kg Lost so far: 95.7 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
