I'm still hanging in there not much fluctuation in my weight. Last night I splurged and had a waffle for dinner! I think once a week is ok as long as I don't go nuts and binge.
75.3 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
