This day has been warm and wonderful. It is really a good attitude adjuster when the sun it out. We had a whole week of rain so the change is good.
I am thanking the good Lord today in helping me control my appetite. Sometimes it gets away from me. I know this is a petty thing to request of our Father, but I know he wants to be involved in every aspect of our lives. For dinner I am having a nice big salad with lots of veggies. I find it will be very satisfying.
