yesterday Clara made cheesecake unbaked as a surprise and I quite overate all day. no wonder I spiked again. started exercise again because this week I did nothing. and without exercise the weight goes up ! so today's weight was no surprise. I need to go down to 68.2 kg by next Sunday. I have to watch what I eat on the weekend.
70.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
