Makes up for the loss recorded yesterday :). Whew, at least now you’ve gained back the muscle you just lost hehe.

Exactly, Chris. I'm still walking and running... The running occasional, but yard and garden work has taken the place of weights... Clearly not the same, but where I'm at right now. I can't persuade myself to even pick up a dumbell the last couple weeks.

"LIKE a normal person!" Clearly not one! 😁

I like both but not alone. I dislike working in the yard by myself. Even if I do 90% of the work I like someone else there acting like they are helping and chatting lol. Will your gyms open soon? Mine took off reservations. They are lucky to get 5-10 people a day in the weight lifting area. Most here are still worried and stay home or gave up their memberships after 2 months of it being closed. The lady at the desk said she didn’t know if it’s because of lack of membership or not. Ours has every other machine taped off and moved some weight racks out. Now you can actually walk around things rather than try to squeeze through in between someone’s sets. We may have a little wait to get to the bench we want though but we have the time with all the sports canceled.

@Chris...yes!! Same to all three of your comments. Doing shitty little workouts and running around the block. Waiting for the gym for fun workouts again and "bobbing along" too. Yard work and cleaning only take me so far. 🤷🏻‍♀️👍🏼

Our gym is open 😂

Jealous! There is one in our town that opened but requires a mask.

I’m not even sure what’s going on at our gym. They are doing protest workouts and Chris can go in anytime and get his gym on!

So what you are saying is that he is just making excuses... :)

There is an option 😊

Our gym is taking off all restrictions starting Monday. They could have today based on city guidelines but chose to wait. Well not all restrictions. We still have to wipe down everything before and after use and maintain 6’ apart but more people can go in at one time. They are opening the nursery that’s been used by first responders children the past few weeks. Haven’t heard if they will still take temps. Hope they do just in case. My row machine has been broken for well over 2 months now (a week or two before spring break) and they need to get it fixed soon!

I feel like you are giving me hope, Peeper! I had to teach a CPR class today and the talking was fine with my mask on- but demonstrating the compressions- I just couldn't get a good breath and normally something that doesn't wear on me at all became so taxing. :(

Oh, wow, I hadn't even thought about CPR in the Covid era. Performing it in an emergency on someone outside your family is now a potentially complicated choice, although I guess it would be a little less risky if one did compressions without rescue breathing and an ambulance arrived quickly.

I wasn't trying to give a breath . I just did "cheesy complexions" to demonstrate what I expected and when I resumed talking I couldn't catch my breath. I still teach with breaths but hands only as an option if unwilling to do breaths. I'm gong back to bed. Good night.
