as expected pizza made my scale go up, next time I will eat less food because it is difficult to say no when everyone is meeting around the table. I also have another pizza leftover for lunch, so will plan around it. started taking apple cider vinegar, 15ml mixed with 1 ltr of water. read it's good to torch fat. let's see how my teeth will take it cos very sensitive. fat is 41.2%
