Avoiding wheat and gluten for sure now. I was bad and had a danish late last night and well paid for it massively with bad stomach issues. I learnt my lesson.
87.1 kg Lost so far: 21.8 kg.    Still to go: 21.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
