I upped my carb intake today, it's called metabolic confusion: 3 days low carb, under 20g then 1 day higher carb around 30-40g, then back to low carb to trick the body into burning my own fat for fuel!!
Gotta say...I much prefer high carb days!!!
78.0 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
