Up a pound down a pound, up a pound down a pound. This is my up week. My new goal is to get my stomach muscles toned and maybe that will help me lose the rest of the weight.
77.5 kg Lost so far: 21.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
