It just feels so weird looking down at my arms and seeing them slowly shrink.

I know it'll all come back once I get back under the heavy bar again, but having been puny all my life and having seen nice amounts of muscle added recently (albeit minuscule), it's just odd to see myself small again lol.

No biggie though. Just keeping my head above water as it were until life resumes. For now, I'll just keep the BF% in check and start adding muscle again later 👍🏻

Purchase RBs & they will help. I use them everyday with my biceps & stretches.

I feel like arms would be the easiest to maintain...for me it's the larger muscle groups where I need heavy weights...back and legs...in case you don't know. 😆💪🏼🏋️‍♀️

hang tough, man. you will get back to gym someday ... in the meantime ... max out those push ups or something. you have a pull up bar? best bicep builder, in my opinion.

I have to agree with DP. Arms seem to be easiest to maintain for me too. Just ripped out cord to lawnmower when trying to start it. Must be my massive muscles.💪 Or... the lawnmower was old. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Can you really tell a difference visually? My arms look the same to me but I feel weaker. Will see for sure if I’ve lost, gained or stayed the same when I get in the gym next week! Is yours open ring soon?

Lol at not the candy! 🤣 Well I am glad it helped. I often need to be reminded not to push crazy hard because while building muscle or burning calories I tend to overdo.
