Still a struggle but will track this week, weigh in every day, TRY to finish eating earlier. I do know this is key, but for some reason is harder than normal right now.
54.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 2.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.6 kg a Week
