Looks like a slow gain 😃 that’s a good thing.
My 5am 2 hour morning ritual starts with Synthroid and a small whack of supplements and medication.
46.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
