finally I've broken 200. YAY. It was very hard to get back on the scale. Today is Granny Mac's BD I believe. Happy Heaven Granny. You were/are quite a character. Thanks for teaching me many things.
89.4 kg Lost so far: 7.2 kg.    Still to go: 21.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
