Glass of wine last night! Stuck in neutral...today's another day to take care of myself. Isolation due to COVID-19 has had a silver lining; clean oven, clean fridge, de-cluttered and organized closets and drawers; organize my photos and finish my sewing projects... not sure what I'm going to do once I'm done all that!!
Look up Pharell Williams' "Happy" song and dance!!!! sure helps with the depression and lonliness.
78.9 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 20.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
