Everything is going well, no gym and a little job related stress but nothing that would be considered unusual. Finding things to do to stay positive (like not watching the news) and working on a home remodel project. Lots to be grateful for today and that is going to remain my focus. I hope that everyone finds a way to be at peace with the current events. Namaste -

I’m limiting news exposure It helps. Also building stuff, but limiting it to things I have in hand. That’s my emotional therapy as it were.
