Pullup = Lat Pulldown
Pushup = Bench Press
Handstand/Pike Pushup = Shoulder Press

Add in some lunges, squats, and some crunchy/bendy ab work and you realize you've got a built-in temporary gym right in your own body. Perfect for staying in shape until things return to normal 👍🏻
