being sick really put me down on the couch for 2 weeks. Now the weather is getting bad. but that's ok. i just want to get well and get back to indoor exercising....
70.8 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Ugh... I can hear that! I was down for nearly 2 weeks, too. Sux. Get better soon, take in lots of rest, water, tea and steam! :) Take care!
