Wow! Big gain. That's horrifying. I did force myself to walk about a mile with my dog this morning, but I could feel the extra weight in my knees. It's shocking how much effect a few pounds has on my joints. I stopped logging my food but that's a mistake. I'll work on that today. Not feeling quite as gloomy as the last few days.
90.2 kg Lost so far: 6.0 kg.    Still to go: 22.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
