Fritzy 22's Journal, 23 Mar 20

I'm posting my weight every day right now to see if that will help me stick to a plan. So I expect ups and downs, but I did poorly at the end of the day yesterday. I am used to only eating breakfast and lunch and stopping my eating early in the afternoon. Once in awhile I'll have a piece of toast or something later in the day. But yesterday I got really hungry after I thought I was done eating. I finished the pudding I had made (thought it would last 3 days) had an extra quarter of a bagel with peanut putter and a cup of cereal. Could have been, would have been worse if I had chips or ice cream or any other snacks in the house! Hopefully I'll do better today.

I can never stop eating in the evening but I can go a long time in the morning without food.

Thanks Jabockov - I can make bad treats from foods on hand - brown sugar, butter and nuts. I've done that before! I do better when I don't eat in the evening but right now there is no normal. DP - I'm the opposite. I'm usually starving in the morning but can skip food at night or at least eat lighter the later it gets.

To be clear, that didn't keep me from eating two pieces of toast and then a Bavarian cream filled donut thirty minutes later. 😆🤷🏻‍♀️
