Yay! I’m happy for the drop even though I thought I would gain with my gym being closed. I dusted off a P90X DVD set I purchased a few years ago but I never used it. Have a blessed week FS fam 💪🏽
73.0 kg Lost so far: 14.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
