Hope you do better today! I was opening all the cupboards yesterday looking for snacks. There aren't any. Lots of food but nothing I want to munch on. Once your snacks are gone, maybe you'll be okay.

I’ve fallen prey to this too this week... and the scale isn’t going to lie tomorrow. 😕 But I’m recommitting to healthier woe so I press on.

It's difficult, I've been snacking like crazy. I still workout and I've started running. The snacking is bad though.

Would friendly faces help? My family did something new today. We had a Zoom meeting together. It's free to join, but the free version your call ends at 40 minutes. One of my big brothers hosted (his very first Zoom meeting) and it was so funny when all of a sudden it dropped. My other brother was on the verge of a punchline.

That sounds fun, Nettie. Someone is doing something similar with the women in my church next week.

Isilation is a killer and I am only choosing what is on my plan, even tho it is not a meal, it is a healthier choice. Been calling my older neighbors to check in on them and gets me out of myself. Had a Zoom meeting with some friends as well and that was like a breath of fresh air. Today is my fast day and it like the idea knowing that I am NOT figuring out what to EAT. Weather is rainy and cooler. Only bright side is everthing is now in bloom! Trees are sprouting flowers are too, so I have to look on the grateful side of today. The news were mentioning that this may last for possibly 18 months!!! Lets all hold one another up to the sunlight of the spirit and stay in the moment!

Stay safe, sane, and strong. Better home than in the hospital I’m saying. I’m always sheltering in place. I have no vehicle and go out only once a month maybe twice to dr or out to the local stables. It’s not ideal, but I’m older and disabled. I think I’m going to get my daughter to take me to the ocean soon. I need to see it. It’s been over 2 yrs. Thats just sitting and looking. I can’t walk in sand. Things can and I’m afraid will get worse. I’m still fighting all these health battles and the mental ones are the hardest. Like don’t eat that lemon bar, etc. Very hard. I’m still trying to walk indoors daily. Hoping my drs appts don’t get canceled. Be safe friend. Hang in there. We will survive! 💜
