Up a little today, and thats ok. Apparently shark week came early. 😂

I did go for a walk yesterday but didnt go to the gym. I didnt go this morning either and its sounding like I wont get another chance. Illinois has announced Shelter in Place so its a good thing we got to the vet yesterday (IDK if they are considered essential?), and we went to Walmart today to get my Lucys prescription. Thanks for all of the good vibes for her yesterday, turns out the old lady has Diabetes so giving her insulin will be interesting.

I went for a walk today with the dogs, but Im going to have to step it up so that I dont lose my momentum. Unfortunately, the temp dropped and its supposed to snow this weekend.
112.5 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 29.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
