36 hours of fasting led to this morning weigh-in of 220.2. Will do alternate day fasting and will continue working out throughout March as I work from home due to the coronavirus.
99.9 kg Lost so far: 47.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
