Well I am disappointed with this weigh in. I was really hoping to get down to 187. I have added a few new exercises in and with the exception of one day was well above 10,000 steps. However with all that said I have eaten out four times this last week and had the left overs at other meals. That is highly unusual for me and that may be the culprit here. Oh well in the end .4 pounds is not terrible and hopefully will come off this next week.
85.5 kg Lost so far: 13.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
