I hadn't weighed since I came back from vacation a week ago. I was hoping it wasn't too bad and yet knew that I had gained. I ate so differently when I was on vacation because my Dad and Step-Mom eat out, a lot. Whereas before I would be very frustrated right now, I am not going to let this get me down. I can and will do this.
77.7 kg Lost so far: 21.6 kg.    Still to go: 0.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
