Had a decent day yesterday. It wasn't perfect, but it was better.

So far today I have done fairly well with snacking. I gave up candy for Lent so I dont even think about reaching for it - why cant I just do that all of the time??
114.1 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 31.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
