I finally saw 157! Probably because I have the flu and don't feel like running to the store for cookies, candy and ice cream. It works every time I don't eat those things. I had blueberries instead. I had green tea, Dried cranberries and a walnut half. and of course my homemade veggie stew really hits the spot on a cold, rainy day. I still love butternut squash raviolis, too. They are sooooo comforting. Have a great day! luv, mary

Congratulations on making 157! Maybe your body will get used to all those nice healthy foods, and forget about the other stuff.
