Bowling was fun last night! I did just fine, but my partner, my husband struggled all 3 games. His timing was off and he couldn't seem to come out of it. Anyway I had a great time. We both enjoy bowling and it is something we can do together.
75.3 kg Lost so far: 15.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Bowling is not a dying sport. It is fun and a lot of good exercise. Anyone can do it, you don't have to have an athlete's body. Our league has all manners of skill levels.
