Very disappointed I didn't lose more this week. I even did better at Easter lunch than I thought I would. I did work out everyday with weights, muscle does weigh more than fat. Regardless, I expect a drop next week. Not giving up.
119.3 kg Lost so far: 21.3 kg.    Still to go: 35.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
