This morning 156 again but that's ok with me. As long as I'm maintain this, I'm happy. I did not wake up feeling great like I did yesterday and I know or think it's cause I've been reducing my current med to start my new one. I'm keeping track of how I feel. Last night I started getting anxious but it passed as I found some chocolate. I had 1535 calories yesterday but I was more active than normal. I was still scale shy when I looked this morning but all chocolate is gone thank God. Anyway, I'm gonna get ready for the rest of my Saturday. I hope you all do well today and remember to 😊.
