Did anyone have the game with the marbles Ker Plunk!!!! ell that was me today. I didn't binge I guess thats a plus but I did break "The Schedule". I'll be honest, I made up for it with exercise but the goal is control and today I had no control. Not over food, finances or relationships. I didn't even make meeting tonight. I guess it's the first week blues.
103.4 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
