As expected, the extra salt in the food hung me up a little. 2 days and I should be back to normal. So in the meantime I just do what I do....
I just realized I got 10 lbs down in March... :)
I'm shooting for 8 lbs each month so anything else is gravy. Let me see how motivated I can get for April!
