Same weight today. It was my kids 12th bday yesterday and there were fabulous valentine cookies at work. It wasnt a "perfect" day, but I felt like I kept it pretty well reigned in. I did sneak a few fries but I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and a side salad. I couldve really done some damage at McD's last night (her choice to have dinner w/ her bestie) but Im trying to get my mindset in a better place.

Also, I didnt end up having to work last night so I made it to the gym! We did this crazy compound movement amrap. Oof - but glad I made it. 😁
112.9 kg Lost so far: 8.4 kg.    Still to go: 30.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
