I felt low blood pressure.
And I decided to have extra volume of food this past weekend. So I intentionally rested, ate fruit, high carb, and ate well.
66.0 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 16.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
