The water came back lol.
58.4 kg Lost so far: 14.4 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Ahh, that darn tide! Mine's in with a vengeance after my trip to Kona. It was so worth it though! Yes, I was in a surplus in calories, but not as much as would account for the scale. Oh well. The tide will go out again. :)

I hate when we can’t accurately know what the scale will do because if water weight. But at least we know it’s just water and will leave soon enough!
