It's raining so I walked up and down my stairs for 20 minutes. I did sweat and tha's what I usually don't like to do but if you don't sweat, you're not exercising enough to make a difference. So SWeat everyone! I usually don't sweat on my walks with my husband so Ineed to talk to him about that.
71.7 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 15.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You may not sweat when you're outside walking since the sweat evaporates faster with cooler weather. Good for you for getting the exercise done on a rainy day!

keep on sweatin' buddy!!! In fact, the sooner you sweat when working out, it's supposed to indicate that you are in good shape!! the way I look at it; every drop of sweat is a drop of fat!
