Upped my exercise, burn 1100 calories before work and reduced calories to 2000 on keto, I have broken the 230 barrier, I finally feel confident in my direction.
102.1 kg Lost so far: 24.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
