I finally got up the nerve to weigh myself. it's been about three months since I did that and stopped counting calories. I'm glad to be in control again. It could have been much worse. At least my clothes still fit ok but the scales are up 3 pounds. Back on the wagon!
64.0 kg Lost so far: 10.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
