Oh so slow! But I'm not gaining and learning I can eat a little more and confirming that I can at least maintain and even lose a tiny bit. I just have to be careful not to get too cocky.
62.5 kg Lost so far: 12.3 kg.    Still to go: 1.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
