Met calorie goal.

Bike 60 minutes.

Stretching 30 minutes/scriptural Rosary
-Hand Heel Rock
-Supine Piriformis Stretch/Hip ER 90 seconds each leg
-Bridging
-Hamstring Stretch with SOS 90 seconds each leg
-Raised Lunges 15 seconds each leg x 5
-Balance Tandem 90 seconds each leg
-Seated Hip Flexion 15 seconds each leg x 5

So much easier this time with the stretches...didn't have to count anything. I actually feel like I concentrate better because my mind has nothing to wander to. RM's voice was so centering.
