And that's what happens when you eat out folks! =( I knew I would gain weight I was just hoping that it wouldn't be as much. Now I am wishing that I had walked more in the evenings. We mostly just sat all day in the seminars. Oh well, it's done and now I have a plan for getting that back off!

It is probably mostly fluid retention from the sodium...eating out always does that to me. It will be gone before you know it. Hope you had fun though!
