I'm sure water has a lot to do with the 1 day weight loss but eating a higher fat and protein diet with minimal carbs leaves me somewhat lightheaded and tired. Is that normal?
Definitely need the kickstart so I want to stay the course.
130.2 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 44.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Nice work. And yes, if you are historically a simple carb eater and then cut carbs it is absolutely normal to experience lightheadedness, lethargy, and headaches while your body adapts. Google "Keto Flu" for more info. Typically passes within 48-72 hours of carb restriction.

Trying eating high antioxidant foods. Keeps you fuller faster. Olives(rinsed) almonds. Walnuts. But only a handful at a time. I use my shot glasses to portion control everything.

Jimmypop...I definitely appreciate the suggestion and encouragement. diamonddee3...never thought about portioning those things. Will do though.

Normal but usually not the first day. Usually people recommend electrolytes as you will let go of a lot of water
