Sorry I didn't check in over the weekend, crazy household. Belated MLK Day. Looking forward to sculpting my body this week. The Hubby saw me this AM in my workout clothes and he smiled & complimented me on my weight loss. His jaw dropped when I told him I actually gained some. The weights, isometric exercise & cardio are really starting to payoff. Have a Healthy Day 🙋
